The 20 companies scored the highest attractiveness scores in an annual survey known as the ‘Randstad Employer Brand Research’. The winners were selected from the 75 largest employers in Malaysia, usually with more than 1,000 employees.

Survey respondents were asked to identify the companies they recognise and to indicate if they would like to work for them. This list of companies was presented to a representative cross section of respondents based on region, age and gender. The attractiveness of each company was then evaluated based on 10 key factors including salary and benefits, work atmosphere and job satisfaction.

Randstad is a global leader in the HR services industry and specialised in solutions in the field of flexible work and human resources services. The Randstad Employer Brand Research analysed the attractiveness of 5,755 companies in 30 countries, surveying more than 175,000 respondents.
