Frequently asked questions

The Ariba Light account is a free account on the Ariba Network that allows the user to process orders with his/ her business partner via interactive e-mail. That means that suppliers can access the Ariba Network through this interactive e-mail, allowing them to directly send order confirmations in an uncomplicated way. 

Ariba Full Account has more functionalities on Ariba Network. However, there are charges incurred for the usage of Full Account on Ariba Network. The subscription for Full account is at supplier own cost. The fees for a Full account on Ariba Network are calculated based on the transactions and will be chargable by SAP Ariba.

No, You are still able to transact and communicate with us via the Light account.

Suppliers can receive order notifications via different platforms. These platforms are Email, Ariba Mobile Application and Ariba Network Portal.
